Thanksgiving in Britterland

Thanksgiving was very special and enjoyable. We were so happy to have everyone at our house for the holiday and to celebrate Saige's Birthday. Thanks to everyone for pitching in and making the meal perfectly nummy and traditional. I enjoyed making my new caramel pumpkin pie and by the taste of it, I think I need to make it every Thanksgiving. The green bean casserole was a sinch but good as usual. I loved the broccoli salad and had to add it to our feast. Dad, the turkey, ham and stuffing were excellent. Cody the mashed potatoes and gravy were great even without a kitchen aid mixer. Mom the salad and of course the sweet potatoes were scrumptious. I can't wait to dig into my piece of caramel apple pie that I am saving for later when I feel like taking on the calories again and of course thanks for the traditional pumpkin pie. Cando the emerald salad was done perfectly and the dip was yummy. I am sure we can still enjoy the eggs this weekend plus thanks for donating the turkey and potatoes too. Souix the salad was awesome, Saige and Cody's favorite, and the gigantic tray of rolls was more than enough. Kayla and Brook thank you for your help with the vegetable trays and help with Saige's birthday cakes. Mindie, thanks for bringing the apple pie though we didn't get around to digging in to all the deserts after such a huge feast. We sure enjoyed Jordyn and Dylan, they were so cute with Saige she sure enjoyed having all the attention! Thanks everyone!
