Cody & Brit Figure 8 (sort of) in "The Meadow", a favorite secret spot on powder days!

At our ski school banquet this year, Cody and I were assigned the character look alikes Tarzan and Jane. This is so true in so many ways. Yet, I think Tarzan would even have a bigger smile on his face though for a picture like this. (Honestly Cody...whats your hang up with showing some teeth in photos?!?) Snowboarding together on Friday was very sentimental. Cody and I spent so much time snowboarding together and seeking the perfect powder days, especially in our earlier years together. The past few years we have been doing a lot of skiing and most recently a lot of tele skiing. All of which are amazingly fun! However, we decided to dedicate our last day riding together for this season entirely to snowboarding, which was almost like a romantic step back in time. Yes, I do realize it is snowboarding...but I would take spending a day like that with my honey over a candle light dinner anyday! The snow was incredible! Such a shame that Beaver is closing with so much snow BUT what a great note to end on. However, the BEST part of the day was spending it with my favorite person in the whole world...CODY!
