We are so blessed! My heart is so full with gratitude. People are so generous this time of year. What a world it would be if we could all act and feel as we do during the Christmas season. Sadly, it seems to be a whirlwind preparing for the blessed event and then it comes and goes all too quickly. I am always sad to see the season end but look forward to having the hustle and bustle behind me for another year. We tried to spent a bunch of time at home as a family but also enjoyed being whisked away to various parties, programs and my parent's home. Because of the weather, we missed seeing Nana but sent our love and gifts to be exchanged with Cody a couple of days prior to Christmas. Then Papa came over the day after Christmas to check out the slide and go sleigh riding. We are so appreciative of our friends and family for their efforts and thoughtfulness. We are rich because of the people in our lives! In reflection, above all the wonder and fun that we had Christmas Day, my favorite parts of the season were watching Saige play with our Nativity Sets, Ridge pulling on the tree lights and balls and of course listening to such wonderful music and reading magical books. Hope everyone felt the joy and majesty of the season and the deep love and appreciation for the birth of our Savior.
