Yesterday, we briefly attended the town Christmas party and enjoyed lunch and some friendly faces. I was determined not to rob Saige of the experience of seeing Santa, but she would not let go of me, white knuckles and all! She did however enjoy the candy/nut bag that Santa gave her. Ridge wasn't too fond of him either but no days he doesn't really prefer anyone but mommy and a select few lucky ones on occasion.
Then we headed over to Randolph for Cody's last home games. First in the morning against Big Piney (which the kids and I did not attend) and then Pindale in the afternoon. His team played very well, winning every game! I am very impressed with those boys. They play their hearts out and they are very coachable. I am proud of Cody and his ability to connect with the kids he coaches and teaches. He does an excellent job! I also thought he and Blake looks very nice all spiffed up in ties and all!
PAPA came over too to help run the clock. We so look forward to his visits and appreciate his support. He does so much for our family. What a wonderful day!

It was fun to see you at the game. Your tree looks so pretty! I love the shape. That's nice that the branches go up so Ridge can't get them. Our tree has gotten to be kind of a nightmare with Avery. She is always pulling something off of it.
I don't know Cody very well but the more I know him, the more I like him. How proud you must be to watch him coaching and teaching these young men.
Brittney - We all know Coach L is quite the man. My kids love him to death - thanks for sharing him with us. Have you checked out the pics I have of him and the team on my website? http://picasaweb.google.com/calderberry. I only made it to one game but I was lucky to do that with all the chasing I am doing with Kayden and Shani.
