Mush Mouth

Can't believe it is already time to start the feeding process!

We started feeding Kaeda food for the first time when she turned 4 months a few weeks ago.

 It was so cute to watch Saige and Ridge feed Kaeda her very first taste of oatmeal. Saige especially has been dying to feed the baby. Since I nurse she hasn't been able to help too much in this department, until now. Yay! I must admit I am totally excited to have some help and they both do a great job of caring for their little sister.

 Kaeda wasn't so sure about this stuff or how to actually swallow it at first but did pretty well. I put her in the high chair quite often as I prepare food or do dishes and she has started smaking her lips and squaking, basically begging to be fed, so we decided it was time to indulge her. Saige and Ridge never cared for mush and went right to beans and sweet potatoes closer to 6 months. So this is kinda fun.

 This girlie is our little mush mouth! She loves it! She is starting to get a little better at swallowing and opening up and anticipating each bit with a smile.
