The cleaning and scrubbing will wait till tomorrow,
for children grow up, as I've learned to my sorrow.
So quiet down, cobwebs. Dust go to sleep.
I'm rocking my baby and babies don't keep.
I can't believe that Kaeda is already 6 months old. She is growing up too too quickly! She is getting to be so much fun and have so much personality, so observant, so talkative, so curious. She loves all her toys but she gets especially excited to grab her Winnie the Pooh and attack his nose with her mouth. It is so cute! She loves to play with her Moose too and gnaw his antlers. She has so much fun! I love the way she sticks out her tongue and gives me lots of "La La La's" and blowing bubbles and rumbling her lips and even some "Da Da Da" sounds. She is starting to sit up a bit, but I still have to stay pretty close because she still topples over. She gets so excited when she sees her daddy now and her eyes follow him around the room and greets him with a huge smile! She gets hold of her toys and whips them around or sucks them to a slobbery mess. She loves to have her pants off to let her big adorable rolls get some air and wiggle freely. She loves to grab her toes and squeal. She doesn't like to be messy and I actually enjoy changing time because it makes her so happy and she does the cutest happy baby yoga pose. She loves oatmeal, any variety I have given her. Getting ready to start her on green beans and peas. I am still really enjoying nursing and so is she, so we will keep it going. Her fingers must be tasty too because she always wants them in her mouth. Her poor right tear duct is still clogged and we have to do a lot of wiping and cleaning out her eye and long eyelashes. I would have to say that this is one of my favorite baby stages. I want to savor this little lady forever!
