Easter morning was fabulously exciting! I cherish those moments of extreme ellation upon discovering the anticipated visitor did infact find our home and came baring gifts. Loved watching the kiddos run around finding all the eggs and candy, filling their baskets and seeing Kaeda gnaw on plastic eggs and reach for the fake grass. My favorite part of this Easter was the FHE we had on the real reason we celebrate Easter. The kids colored, cut out and glued creating their scene of Christ and the tomb. We also worked together to create this Easter banner, complete with pictures of Christ that we cut out from old calendars, eggs and a few of Saige's preschool crafts. :) I had visions of making my girls matching skirts for Easter. I have the material, a pattern and everything HAHA, but I saw these cute and inexpensive dresses that matched the suit I had to have for Ridge. The only sewing that got done in time for Easter was shortening the hem on Ridge's pants because the suit is a 5T. One day I will make those skirts...But for Easter they looked darling in their matching dresses and handsome suit!
