You Make My Life A Beautiful Thing!

On Sunday Cody and I were given the opportunity to speak in church. We spoke on Spiritual Preparedness. Cody gave such a sweet talk touching on his conversion to the church and his strong desire to be sealed to me as well as our children for FOREVER! He did a wonderful job and I was so touched. I am blessed that he loves me so much! He truly makes my feel so GREAT about myself and makes my life a beautiful thing. THANK YOU CODY!

I actually enjoyed preparing for my talk and benefited greatly as I made some new realizations about my life. I spoke on the parable of The Ten Virgin..."And five were wise and five were foolish". Previously I assumed that the five foolish were heathens and sinners and numbered myself among the wise. Upon further pondering I was struck with the idea that the foolish had the tools, the knowledge and the desire but they lacked the action and preparation. I realized that I am foolish...I have very dusty tools and I am not doing all that I can with them. I want to do better because I want to be prepared and I too want to live together with the love of my life and my family forever!
