Reason to Celebrate

Friday, October 10th, My Grandma Weston celebrated her 79th birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA! I am so proud of my grandma. Since my grandpas passing she has done very well to keep her mind busy and get out a little bit. As I imagine myself in her position, I realize what a hard thing it would be to push forward without the love of your life at your side. Among the many things that I appreciate about my grandma, is her unconditional love and devotion for her partner. She always did and still does speak with such adoration for my grandpa. I want to have that same kind of love. I appreciate her efforts to always remember EVERYONE on birthdays, Christmas and any other special occasion. I have never had a birthday that I didn't get a very special card and kind words from my grandmother. AND who could forget the dozens upon dozens of homemade applesauce cookies she use to make, YUMMY! Grandma always has such a warm and inviting home, due to her cleanliness and her kind spirit. I love the way she loves me and my family, especially the joy she expresses towards my new little ones. I love everything about my grandma and the legacy she has made!
