Our All Day Get Away!

Greg and Cody took Candice and I on an all day date to Park City. We left at the crake of dawn and didn't get home until 12:30. I appreciate my mom and Kayla taking good care of the little Lundgren's while we flitted away. We spent some time visiting Deer Valley and Cody's old stompping grounds where he use to downhill race his Mt. Bike. Glad those days are over...though he did just wreck his bike a couple of days ago by our house. We then went to Park City to ride the Alpine Slide and the NEW Alpine Coaster. We had a BLAST! We ate at a cool pizza pub called Davani's and stuffed our faces with Philly Subs. YUM YUM! We walked around a bit in Historic Park City before hitting the real shopping at the outlets! Candice and I were going strong! The boys ended up napping on the curb and then watching a bit of a movie on Cody's Ipod. We weren't ready to call it a date...yet. So we got too much ice cream at Coldstone's but it was splended and went to a movie. Yipee! It was just great to be with Cody for a whole day! Thanks Candice and Greg for going with us, you are great friends and we love your company! Thanks for an amazing date! Just what we needed before Cody heads into school, football and hunting.
