9 Month old babies are so fun!

Kaeda recently turned 9 months!

This stage is getting so busy but I love it and I absolutely love her! This has been a big milestone week. Up until recently she was really content to just sit and watch or play with what was within her reach, but she has decided she wants to scoot and turn around on her bum or reach hard until she gets on her belly and army crawl a little bit. A couple of times she has even been able to push back enough to get back to sitting BUT the big milestone was she scooted on her bum a couple of feet to the kitchen chair and pulled herself up to STANDING! She was super smiley and pretty proud of herself!

-THEN-

I have been feeding her more cut up or mashed up table foods recently and the other night was giving her spaghetti. She started making these weird faces and I figured she had a noodle stuck somewhere so I did a finger swipe and discovered her FIRST LITTLE TOOTHY! Ahhh...so cute! Saige and Ridge didn't get teeth until after 10 months so I wasn't expecting this one yet, but still I am glad she has held off until now since I am planning to try to keep nursing until she is a year. Haha, we'll see how long it lasts?

Kaeda is making the cutest sounds! I love the way she sings and dances along with her Strawberry Shortcake Doll "Friendship Grows Like A Flower." I love to wake up to her singing to her animal mobile. She is very vocal...when she wants something...We Know! Her daddy has been working with her to make her Elephant Sound and she does it really well! I love her "Crazy Baby" head shake and her exaggerated head nod to "Yes".

Kaeda is so precious and I love her! I love watching her every minute and want time to slow down, she is growing up too fast!
