Charleigh's Birthday

We went to Rendezvous Beach for the afternoon, compliments of my dad. It was the perfect day for sailing...not so perfect for babies. The kids were crying at times because the sand would blast them in the face. Then they'd forget about it and start playing only to be blasted again. Over all they really did have a great time and Saige and Braunsn started playing so cute together.
When my dad arrived with our sailboat my camera battery decided to die and I didn't get any pictures:(. My dad, Candice and I went out on it for quiet a while while my mom and sisters watched our kids and had a great time sailing. Brookie even joined us though she just got her wisdom teeth out, poor chipmunk cheeks. It was just too windy and dangerous to take them this time around. I love to sail! The best part about it is not having to by the gas to power it.
The wind did calm down and it turned out to be a very enjoyable time at the beach. Then we went to Laketown where my mom made us a yummy spaghetti dinner. Thanks MOM! Candice decorated Charliegh a butterfly cake and some cute individual cakes for all the kids. They turned out super cute! Too bad my camera battery was still dead.
Charleigh was so cute toddling around with her little pigtails. She is just on the verge to take off running. She got tons of darling clothes and toys. The packaging was darling and so were the decorations. We even got to catch the end of Cody's softball game. It was a very enjoyable evening.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLE LADY! July 30, 2007 Charleigh Theone Smith joined our family! Thanks Candice! For some reason Saige feels she has to keep Charleigh away from any and everything and not very nicely. She is such a sweet little cousin for Saige, hopefully Saige will learn to take it a little easier on her and become better friends. Thanks for a wonderful day family!
