WHEE...Halloween was a hit! I have to admit I am relieved that it is over for the year. After going to the PTA carnival, preschool, and Murder of the Maytes we were almost burnt out by the time the 31st actually rolled around. All the above were a blast and the KOA trunk -n- treat put the icing on our cupcakes. It is awesome to see the community all come together for something like this. I am especially appreciative of those who donated so much to make it a success! Despite Saige's initial protests against being Tinker Bell and wearing that itchy dress that was "Too EWEY" she wore it with delight THREE times! She made a beautiful 'Tink' with perfect pixie ears and voice to go with the get up. Thanks mom for your efforts to make her the cutest little fairy! Ridge, like usual, was so easy going and comfortable in his snuggy Lion custom. His eyes and little grin made him the most precious and cuddly lion! Cody was a good sport, taking his little girl trick -or- treating! My favorite part of ALL this...was being able to spend time with so many wonderful people! It is great to have events like these to celebrate the harvest and gain a better sense of community.
I loved watching Saige dance! She was having so much fun the whole night!
