It has been a busy couple of weeks for Ridge ...

and I don't see things slowing down for him anytime soon. He has learned how to pat-a-cake or at least clap-clap-clap. He had been doing it for a week or so just on his own but at the choir concert he started clapping when everyone else clapped at the end of a song or solo. So stinking cute! He also started pulling himself up to standing and has gotten especially good at it in his crib so I had to make the adjustments to make sure he doesn't try to fly out of his crib next. LOL. Possibly the biggest milestone is he is now officially crawling. Yikes! He is getting quite good at moving across my hard wood floor now. The carpet kinda slows him up a bit, but not for long, and he still manages to get around pretty well. We have also made a transition from baby food, which we still use on occasion, to table foods if it is something I can mash up and cut up well for him. He is getting very good at pinching those little pieces with his chubby little fingers and feeding himself. I LOVE IT! He is such a strong, smiley, smart, special lil' man. I am so blessed to be his mommy!

Wow! I can't believe he is doing all of those things already. He's such a cutie! Avery is wanting to crawl, but she's just slithering around still.
By the way, I made our blog private, so if you want to see it email me at meggieweston@yahoo.com and I'll invite you.

Brittney, you have such a beautiful family! What great posts. Isn't it so exciting to see your baby experience all those developmental milestones?! I heard through the family grapevine you wanted an invite to our blog. I have no idea what your email is, so send me an email and I'll send you an invite! hollyweston@gmail.com
