Aside from Christmas Eve, this is the event of the season that I look forward to the very most! Getting a Christmas Tree has been such a fun tradition for our little family, one that I hope we will always be able to do together. I love going in the mountains, smelling the fresh air and pine and feeling snow crunch beneath my feet. Saige and Ridge were bundled up and loving it! Saige was so cute with her daddy, hunting for our Christmas tree. After a bit of hiking, success, we found our tree! Now if I can just get excited about putting it up inside and figure out how to keep Ridge out of it?? A little help from mother nature I believe is the answer.

Don't ever quit doing the things you treasure - as those are the memories that stay with you and make life worth living! Thanks so much for being you - and remembering me. Enjoy your Christmas with your kids; for they grow up really fast - and then comes the joy of grandchildren - all before you know it!
That is so fun! Sim and I were sell-outs this year. We usually go up and cut a tree down, but we got an offer on a fake tree this year, and we took it. I really do love our tradition of going and getting a tree and I love the smell of a real one, but this was just easier with the baby this year. So, I hope in future years we will be able to continue the tradition.
Good luck keeping Ridge out of the tree. I'm having a hard time keeping Avery out of ours and she isn't moving as fast as Ridge.
That is the best Christmas tradition. We still haven't got ours. Debbie can't wait.
Cute-Cute KID's!!!! Did you get the tree in your house yet?
Any one of those pictures could be on a postcard! Very, very cute family. I hope you found the perfect tree! We always went and cut down our own tree until last year. We bought a smaller fake tree with the light already on to make it easier on us for a couple years. Have fun decorating!
What a fun tradition! We used to have a real tree when I was little, I miss that fresh pine smell...Looks like you had a fun thanksgiving!
