GOODBYE SANDIEGO: Day Five

The kids loved the hotel but they were happy to say goodbye and looked forward to another plane ride home. We decided to avoid the crowds and go to the base on Coronado Island for our last few hours. We went to the golf course that is right on the coast and ate a delicious and relaxing breakfast at the clubhouse. It was such a great vacation but we defiantly looked forward to the comforts of home and Cody was anxious to get home to get ready for school the next day. Saige saw these sea shells in the airport when we got there and wanted to get a pic by them on the way home. The flight home was much longer and more turbulent than the way there. We had to circle Utah Valley for an hour before we got a small window clearance where we could land. Felt so good to be on the ground. It has been days and I am still feeling dizzy. We made it home happily and safely! We are so grateful for Papa's extreme generosity and the fun time spent with him. Papa was so cute with his grand kids! It was great for us to spend so much time together as a family and go on such a cool vacation!

Love the beach pics! So jealous! Glad you made the effort to go. I looks like it was so worth it.
